Best Price Terms and Conditions
At Rebate Hotels, we are committed to helping you get the best price possible for your hotel room. If after booking a room online with Rebate Hotels you find an equivalent room with the same booking conditions at a lower rate, we will match that price. Contact us within 24 hours of booking your room with us and provide us with the information regarding the lower rate, and we guarantee we can match the price.

Since hotel prices are constantly changing, you must contact us at
within twenty-four (24) hours of your purchase in order to be eligible for the Best Price Guarantee. In your contact email, please include your name, your Rebate Hotels confirmation number, and the website where the lower price is currently being offered. If applicable, please include any other pertinent information necessary for finding the cheaper booking. Any email that does not include all of this information will be disregarded.

All booking conditions must be the same for the Best Price Guarantee to be honored. The less expensive room must be an equivalent room at the same hotel, and on the same booking dates as the room that you have booked through Rebate Hotels. Prices for smaller or otherwise non-equivalent rooms, rooms at different hotels, or rooms booked for different dates will not be honored.

The Best Price Guarantee only applies to rooms that are able to be booked online at the time you submit your claim. We must be able to verify that the room is bookable online within the allotted time frame. A screenshot of a page with a lower price will not count as valid proof, and will not be accepted.

Only reservations placed through Rebate Hotels that are completed will be eligible for Best Price Guarantee claims. Any reservation that is cancelled either ahead of time or due to a no-show is disqualified from the Best Price Guarantee.

Hotel rooms booked through, or in conjunction with, membership programs, coupons, frequent use programs, or other reward programs are not eligible for Best Price Guarantee refunds. Room rates that are lower due to special promotions are also ineligible.

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to same day bookings.

Hotel rooms booked through “opaque sites,” where the exact hotel is not known until after booking are not eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.

If an attempted claim is not paid due to incomplete information or non-compliance with our Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions, our normal booking terms and conditions (including our cancellation policy) still apply.

Any room price that is submitted for the Best Price Guarantee must be in the same currency as the room booked through rebate hotels. Room rates posted in different currencies are ineligible for the Best Price Guarantee.

The Rebate Hotels price that will be used in all comparisons regarding our Best Price Guarantee is the price of the booked hotel room after the rebate. Rooms on other sites that are less expensive than the original price listed but more expensive than the price listed after cash back are not subject to the Best Price Guarantee.

Since our rebates are based on percentages of room costs, using our Best Price Guarantee to lower the cost of your room may lower the amount of your rebate.
